Dr. Wilson works with her clients by addressing the whole person, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental health.

As an experienced professional, Dr. Wilson understands the importance of providing comfortable and confidential services to her clients.  She has extensive clinical experience working with juveniles, adults, and victim services clients.  In 2017, she was a partner in Awakened Mind, PLLC.  In 2019, she combined her experience as a veteran police officer and her passion for mental health advocacy and established Wilson Psychological & Forensic Services, PLLC.  Forensic services include mediation services, court-ordered evaluations & assessments, court-mandated therapy, fitness for duty assessments, alcohol & substance abuse evaluations, and immigration and psychological evaluations.

As part of her commitment to serving others, Dr. Wilson volunteers with various organizations in her community.  She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for PIMA Institute.  In the past, she has volunteered as a research assistant at the Children’s Assessment Center and the Texas Youth Commission as a Volunteer Board Member.  She is also a member of NAADAC.

Dr. Wilson is the author of the award-winning memoir “Rewriting the Script,” and she has a chapter in the “Beautiful Women,” which is an Amazon Best Seller.  During the Covid Pandemic, she created several children and adult coloring books and a gratitude journal to assist clients with healthy tools to process their anxiety and other mental health struggles.
